Free poll maker for team meetings
One question, answered by everyone at once, with the results on the screen. Choose the kind of poll that fits the question, share the link or the QR code, and close it when you have what you need.
Pick a type and start
Free. No account needed to start or to vote. Each option opens a poll with an example question you can change.

A real poll with five made-up voters. The host sees the votes land as they happen.
Five polls teams run all the time
Each one opens a poll with the question filled in.
- Ask this
Was this meeting worth it, from 1 to 5?
Return on time invested. Ask it at the end of any recurring meeting.
- Ask this
How confident are you we hit the sprint goal?
A fist-of-five style check. Anything below 3 deserves a conversation now, not at the end of the sprint.
- Ask this
Which retro format should we use?
Let the team choose, and rotate the answer.
- Ask this
What is the one word for this sprint?
A mood check that takes 30 seconds and shows the room's temperature.
- Ask this
What should we stop doing?
Anonymous text lets people say what they wouldn't say out loud.
Which type of poll to use
- Multiple choice for a decision with a short list of options. Works best with two to five.
- Rating for a temperature check you want to track over time, like confidence or meeting value.
- Word cloud to see how a group feels at a glance. The common words stand out without anyone being quoted.
- Open text when you want reasons, not just a number, and people are more honest without a name attached.
Getting honest answers
- Ask one thing per poll. Two questions in one gets muddled answers.
- Word the question neutrally. "How great was the release?" gets you praise, and "How was the release?" gets you the truth.
- For multiple choice, make the options cover the real answers and not overlap. Add "something else" when you can't be sure.
- Hold the results until the poll closes, so early votes don't sway late ones.
- Tell people what you'll do with the answer before you ask for it.
On the projector or remote
In a room, put the poll on the screen with the join code and QR code along the bottom, and people answer from their phones. Remote, share the link in the call chat. Either way the results update live, and you can run the same poll again later to keep a history of every round.
Questions
- Do people need an account to vote?
- No. Share the link or the QR code and they can answer straight away.
- Can I keep the results?
- Yes. Run the same poll again and each round is kept, so you can compare this sprint with the last one.
- Can I edit the question after it starts?
- Yes. You can edit the question at any time, which is handy for fixing a typo mid-meeting.
- Is it anonymous?
- Open text comments are shown without names. For rating and multiple choice, the owner can choose whether to show who picked what.
